Frequently Asked Questions




Q. Where would I request a copy of my invoice?

A. We won’t include any invoice with your deliveries. However we provide electronic copy of VAT invoice upon request. Please send us a quick email to support@zippytom.com and mention your order number. We will normally reply to invoice requests within a day.


Q. Does the item have warranty?

A. All products we sell on our website come with a standard 1-Year manufacturer warranty. However manufacturers may offer additional warranty on top of standard warranty in some cases, which may need you to register with them after you purchased your product. 

 

Q. What do I do if my item got a problem, contact you or the manufacturer?

A. Within the standard 1-Year warranty we handle any product-defect-related enquiry with the manufacturer on behalf of our customer. After the standard warranty period passed, manufacturers may still be responsible to resolve product issues under Sale of Goods Act directly.


Q. What is your cut-off time for a next day delivery?

A. We process all the express delivery orders that we receive before 2 pm, the same working day. Please note that we won’t offer Saturday deliveries, and therefore a next day delivery order placed before 2 pm on Friday, would be looking at a delivery on Monday.


Q. How would I track my order?

A. Once we dispatch your order, we will confirm your delivery method via email. You will get a link which will direct you to order tracking on courier’s webpage. However if that link didn’t work, please email us on support@zippytom.com and we will look into that for you.

 

Q. I have missed the delivery, what happens next?

A. Our couriers will attempt for delivery three times. You normally receive courier notifications via calling cards, email or SMS, which would advise on their next delivery attempts. However if for any reason you didn’t receive such notification, or you have difficulties with respect to re-arranging your delivery, please get in touch with our Customer services team, and we will do our best to help you out.

 

Q. I didn’t like my item, how would I return the item?

A. You will have 28 days from delivery date to let us know about a return request. We are happy to refund unwanted items for full as long as they have not been used, so that we can resell them.


Q. I have received my parcel, but it looks it’s been damaged/tampered with?

A. Please email us on support@zippytom.com immediately, and please take photographs of six sides of the packaging, as it will help us proceed with a claim with our courier.
